Processing & Shipping Times
•    Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
•    Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are: 
o    Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
o    Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (when available)
o    Custom Orders: Custom-built furniture may take 4-6 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
•    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $X (if applicable).
•    Shipping costs for orders under the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.
•    We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Locations
•    We currently ship within the United States.
•    Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Order Tracking
•    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
•    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
•    If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to our team at choiceoutdoorfurniture@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
